Spendly
Make AI spend accountable
A production SaaS workspace that turns scattered provider usage into one accountable view of models, employees, projects, budgets, alerts, and margin.

Spendly is built for teams that use many AI tools but still need to answer a basic finance question: where did the money go, and what should we do next? I shaped the product around accountable decisions rather than another decorative dashboard.
The product's front door
The landing page makes the product legible before a team enters the workspace: what Spendly controls, who it is for, and how the public story connects to the product itself.
The full landing experience
The public landing page carries the same spend-control story from the first screen through product, workflow, security, and pricing. Each key section is shown at a readable scale below.
One view of the bill
The dashboard normalizes provider and model activity into spend, usage, failures, forecast, success rate, and cost per result. Period filters and stacked charts make the shape of a team's AI bill legible before a finance review.
From workspace to project margin
Projects connect budgets, team members, attribution quality, and real operations. A project detail view shows spend over time, remaining budget, forecast, model mix, and the people behind the work — enough context to act without exporting a spreadsheet first.
Actions with evidence
Recommendations surface failed-output costs, model alternatives, spend-limit reviews, and post-change measurement. Spendly does not switch providers on behalf of a team; it makes the decision, the baseline, and the evidence visible.
