This notice explains how the journal subscription form on denisefremov.com handles email addresses. It is written for clarity and does not replace your statutory rights.
What is collected
For the journal, the site stores your email address, consent timestamp, confirmation status, and the page where you subscribed. The form does not ask for your name, profile, or advertising identifiers.
Why it is collected
Your email is used only to send the editorial journal after you explicitly opt in. The lawful basis is your consent. A double opt-in link is sent before an address becomes active.
Delivery and retention
Subscription data is stored on the site’s private server. Confirmation emails are sent through the site’s configured SMTP delivery provider. An unconfirmed address is not added to the active list. Active records are retained until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.
Your choices
Every future journal email will include an unsubscribe link. You can also request access, correction, or deletion by writing to [email protected].
What is not done
Email addresses are not sold, rented, or used for behavioural advertising. The journal list is separate from the project contact form.
